I forgot he has all of MM's powers.

I guess Fernus takes this one considering what he did to the JLA.

I'm not sure. Fernus was quite powerful.

But even a two second sundip can increase Superman's powers exponentially.

that was my first thought but if Fernus goes intagible Supes won't be able to hurt him so this is a stalmate for Fernus at the worst.
