I'd played Street Fighter Alpha 3 for a long time but there's something in my mind that I want to ask. When I fight against Shin Akuma in final battle mode, I notice that his moves are similar to his in world tour mode. In world tour mode, I have activated Alpha Counter Plus, Damage Plus and Power Balance with Power +4 and Defence -4. One thing, Shin Akuma has reached level 32 ( Total Level ) and level 6 (A-ism Level ). In this case, could he fight with all marvelous level as computer just like in Final Battle Mode, in Versus Mode ?
