I don't really see him having any problems until Terry.

he wins against Alex, Liu, Big Boss, Kim, Tifa, Ken and Marshall.

tifa would beat him, but if not, then terry at the very least, (i just picked up KOF 2006 and tried terry bogard, he's feckin invincible)

Terry vs Ryu after Oro's training is an even more severe beating for Terry. We're dealing w/post Oro Ryu here. Everybody's getting beat up. Terry gets his teeth knocked down his throat & everybody else gets minor injuries. W/out rest is a different story though
