they are very equal. i agree. One Above All(Celestial) saved Hero. And Hulk, we all know his limits. He has none

Hulk's strength is to great for Hero

Both have had Thor beaten I don't know if it makes it harder for Hulk but Forgotten One gets his battle armor

Hulk's strength never ends

Hero did. Augmented by the TOAA

I am not saying he would win but he does have centuries of fighting skill.

The writers simply don't have Thor use his full abilities

IMO, Hulk is stronger than Thor

Its how the writers have written it. Editors have approved the battles
