who is the starbreaker?

Stardust

Dont know much about starbreaker, only his Wiki bio. He lost to Booster Gold and Blue Beetle. Based on that, Stardust destroys him. But other than that, I do not know.

what was the line up of the JLA at the time... was it at a strong or low peak>?

did he lose to a combined jla, omega, with BB + BG giveing the combined group a win or where they seperate instances

Starbreaker easily

His last appearance in the DCU was in the Adam Strange mini before Ran Thanagar War.
And at that mini Starbraker was at least a galaxy level threat.
They used some plot device (by Adam of course) to banish Starbreaker somewhere.

The only think these two characters have in common is the word "Star" really...
