Hulk sucks Surfer into the ring and then eats the ring gaining cosmic Oan powers.

However in writing that it comes to mind that Hulk would be obessesed with killing Surfer and might be able to will the ring into doing something drastic.

The Surfer still stomps him. The Hulk wouldn't even know how to WEAR the ring, much less how to utilize any of it's powers.

Hulk would basically have it give him wings so he could fly at Surfer but any of the more exotic powers would be to far past his mind to do.

HATER!!!!!!!!

In all likelihood, Hulk will severely underutilize the power of the ring...he'd prob create a giant Hulk fist to smash Surfer or even dumber, he'd just create a large rock and chuck it at Surfer while Surfer laughs to death.

Giving the Hulk a GL ring is like giving a 2yr old a F-22 Fighter jet.

Hulk would lose because lack of I.Q by Maestro would be a different story or Professor Hulk.

Prof. Hulk might be able to do something interesting with it, but I don't consider most GLs to be on par with PC. He's still gonna lose.
