Anyways Zarathos is just a lame as loser who lost to Gr when had the Medallion of power hell he even had a lot of problems with Dr Strange.

But from what you just said, Meph. takes this easily.

in mephesto's realm he stalemated galactus not a smart place for this match, but zarathos gave mephesto trouble in a fight before he was bound to the ghost riders

yeah except for the fact that the medallion was made to harness zarathos' true power inside it so that it could be used as a crazy deux ex machina against him later.
And the only problem he had with strange was the two seconds it took him to tear down strange's sheild while strange pleaded with the midnight sons to take his lead and...... run away.


It's also a bit odd that the only way mephisto was capible of bringing down zarathos in the past was through the use of help and a plot device.. but let's just forget all that.
