I rescently found a SBP bio that says he was more of a threat than Anti-Monitor:

I find this quite laughable myself........... but who do you think wins?

hysterical That was good for a laugh. Anti-Monitor looks at the gnat annoying him and swats him with one blast.

I don't know if it's approved, I just found it and thought it was somewhat funny.

Him and Alex Luthor together had the potential to be a greater threat then AM... But their plans were ended prematurally.

That is a Dc bio written in the Classified edition.......One's threat and one's power level are two different things,as Batman is a much bigger threat to the entire planet than Sabretooth is.
