ok, my first attempt.

Magneto's going around the North America, getting rid of Transformers (Autobots and Decepticons) as and when he finds them... trying to prevent humanity from striking a deal with the Transformers to fight/hunt the mutants...

anyway, as he goes from place to place, he heals up pretty much 100% after the first fight... then loses 5% 'health' per fight thereafter:

1) Greenland, faces off with Starscream. no magnetic objects in the vicinity to hurl at Starscream... Starscream doesn't know who/what Magneto is.

2) Toronto Canada, faces off with Hot Rod. busy cityscape with sky scrapers and lots of potential projectiles. Hot Rod knows that Magneto is not human, from hearing about his fight with Starscream

3) NY US, faces off with Optimus Prime. similar to Toronot, 'cept neither wants to inflict collateral damage, because the FF would come after Magneto / because Optimus would never hurt a bystander. Optimus knows who/what Magneto is (FF have informed him).

4) Arizona US, faces off against Megatron. no projectiles, wide open landscape, Megatron doesn't know the nature of Magneto's powers.

5) Miami US, faces off with Galvatron. neither cares about collateral damage, all out to the death.

bonus round - 6) The Moon, faces off with Rodimus Prime (since Optimus must have been killed by now).

TricksterPriest
Can Magneto affect the transformers directly? If so, this is spite.

I assumed that they'd be able to counteract it somehow. like Iron Man v Magneto.

TricksterPriest
Which is colossal spite. However, you might be right on the transformers having a counter-measure. Damn, we need Board Walker. He's the expert on the Transformers. messed

Galvaclaw
No he's not, he's convinced they're high herald level for some reason. Outside of the top few there's no one in that level.
