There's no historical information on who created Eternity, if he was created at all.

The depictions of Galactus' Origins suggest Eternity just came into existence.

Eternity's Official bio states he was born in the first Big Bang.

It is a bit vague,


but the Tribunal could have said,

the Face of the Stranger Was here,

instead of,

the Face of the Stranger could have been here.

Yeah, he could of... But sometimes people talk a bit oddly, a bit antiqued, you know.

There's just not enough evidence one way or another for it to be concluded.
