Batman.
both in a straight up fight and "with prep".

V was ok, but not in Batman's league.

Yea but with all of those experiments V's got hes almost invincible.

dunno, didn't seem too tough in the movie.
never read the comic, so can't really say.

Batman just has insane skills and a genius intellect combined with peak physique...
