We've seen Wendigo stalemate an angry Hulk. That's why I thought of Doomsday.
DD would seem to have some speed and agility advantage, but Wendigo is damn hard to kill. I don't have a strong opinion on the winner, yet.
Hunter/Prey Doomsday seems like the most fearsome one. I'd go with him.

I assume you haven't read the Origin issue of Doomsday. It is explained how was he created. The main thing is, you cannot kill DD the same way twice and if someone/something kills him he comes back stronger than the force that killed him. Superman already killed by beating him up, so he can't die that way. And now thanks to that he came back stronger than Superman.

Yes, some where more physically stronger, or had different abilities such as genius intellgence, magical abilites on Dr.Strange level, transverse planes, etc.

Anyways I made the Wendigo respect thread, and he gets stomped by Doomsday. If you go by regular old Wendigo then Doomsday walks all over him. Plus the fact DOS Doomsday has vastly superior speed.
