Deadshot, the man with a mustache v.s Hawekeye Pierce....I mean the superhero

Hmm one is an expert marksman with almost any type of weapon, one is an expert archer.

Hawkeye though is a pretty good gymnast and h2h fighter, plus he could take some pym particles with him, transform into Goliath and step on him!

Haven't really seen enough of deadshot to know how good he is to be honest.
