At his best he fought Air-Walker,Firelord,Nova,Terrax & Silver Surfer

In my opinion he makes it to 8 beating Maul & King Hyperion and stalemates Juggernaut.

The PIS/CIS generated by Batman, Capt, and Wolvie is enough to crubstomp LT.

He would just destroy the earth with team 1 on it.

Stop at 1 with PIS/CIS aura. If not, he clears it.

I don't see Batman punching LT in a Marvel comic. I like Howlett, he's not killing LT. Capt(God rest his soul), he throws his shield at LT. Cap goes down worse than the punch Wladimir threw on Saturday(HBO)

He also fought Silver Surfer alone and nearly got killed in the process I also take that this is not cyborg Air-walker but Air-walker human.
