They aren't nearly the same. Circe is an immortal Goddes with top tier magical transmuting and mind control abilities. She would step outside of a dimension and cast a spell that takes all of sersi's powers away. A better fight would be Circe vs. Enchantress OR Circe vs. Loki.

Neither of them compare to Circe. She's an immortal Goddes who was able to put the screws to every pantheon on Earth. Even beyond. She can just sit in a side dimension and turn Sersi into a frog.
