Assuming Dr strange is off the planet at the time,imagine the White Martians somehow end up,undetected on Marvel Earth,and they manage to operate for 3 weeks undetected,succeeding in building those towers that stop flame.

No people who don't call earth home or who are in space more then they are on earth.

Dr Strange is currently trapped being probed by Shuma Gorath.

NOt all 75. Not without flame and Dr. strange. They are gonna shut eveyrone down with fire powers like they did in JLA one and then they are gonna put eveyrone with TP into a coma with speed blitz.
