well, I believe Prime could easily beat Galactus as well so no.

Also, Amazo might suffer from an overload if he tried to mimic Prime and destroy himself in the process, in fact, that's exactly what would happen if he fought Prime. Prime's power is too great for his circuitry to comprehend.

well he could do practically anything (like teleporting the entire GL Corp and Oa into another dimension) and is completely impervious to any attacks.

Who even knows how powerful the JLU Guardians are? Besides, even the comic Guardians don't do shit to protect themselves so saying against their will is kind of unimportant and by kind of, I mean completely.

A) That was the DCAU so you can't reallt count it as a feat
B) Most characters were far less powerful in JLU anyway
