Mephisto vs. Trigon (Raven's father from Teen Titans) in a neutral setting. If you think it is interesting you can write about the battle in each other's realms (but probably each wins in his own realm).

Mephisto, if written properly

Trigon with Little Effort.

I might have thought that Trigon was the more powerful of the two initially.

But I saw some wonderful scans recently of Mephisto vs. Galactus. They were great because they confirmed my opinion of Galactus, but they also revealed Mephisto as a much more powerful character than I may have considered him previously. It was a great story. I think this is why Guy222 added "if properly written."

Ok, I rarely post scans, but couldn't resist this time.

Thank u Mephisto is the Lord of Lies. Its a shame so many characters aren't written to potential.
