I just thought of something. You know how Bart Allen is Impulse? If he's impulse, that means that Wally West and Barry Allen are around. What if we actually get to see them all on Small-ville and there is a whole Flash episode?

Wait, actually, Bart might really be Barry Allan because Bart is short for Bartholaman and so is Barry so this Impulse could be Bart Allan or Barry Allan. In which case, there is still a Wally West.
