It depends. Morg like to fight in close. He doesn't really like relying on the power cosmic but will if he has too. Thats a big mistake against 8th day juggs.

Other than BFR how can Morg even harm any undepowered version of Juggernaut?

Power cosmic has never been shown the be effective against the Juggernaut.

Juggernaut wins it.

Juggernaut would win this if he was able to mix it up with Morg H2H, but Morg could bfr him. If Morg fought to the best of his abilities he could throw Cain into the sun where he would sit until Cytorrak telepoterd him back to earth.
