Who is the least powerful hero or villian that can disable a fully manned Helicarrier in these 3 scenarios? (can be different for each one)

1) attacker starts on the roof

2) 2 hours prep for the attacker, none for the carrier, attacker starts on the roof

3) 2 hours prep for both, S.H.I.E.L.D is aware of a threat to the carrier but not the specific opponent, attacker starts on the roof
