This isn't a gauntlet its more of a what would happen.

For the purposes of these match ups assume that Karnak cannot break his hand.
He gets none of the normal "basic knowledge" but has 5 minutes to examine each target.
None of the targets can move to defend themselves or dodge.
He only gets one shot.

Did you even read through the OP?

They don't have a chance of beating him since this isn't a fight in any way shape or form.

You never specified his goal. Is he trying to kill them with one shot?

Well then this is kind of pointless since his power is pretty much a plot device that can vary in intensity with each writer.

ClassicJuggernaut (no shield just his durability)= Even if he got 2 hours, he couldn't hurt him.
Hulk=KO or death
SilverSurfer=KO. After all, he did it with a brick once before.
CaptainAtom=Possible KO, but not sure if it would do lasting damage.
Superman=If he could break his hand, this is where it would happen.
Ironman=KO or death
AuntMay=Aunt may takes the hit, then beats him to death with her herald level handbag.
LivingMonolith= Probably not gonna be able to hurt him much.

LivingMonolith Aunt May and Ironman are screwed. Living Monolith would slightly feel it. Everyone else gets staggered. I would put a blow from an enraged Hulk above Karnak's. Two of those characters have taken full hits from Hulk and came back..

Classic Juggernaut would laugh at Karnak.

Didnt the Hulk just look at Karnak like he was stupid after Karnak hit him in his weakest point?

Silver Surfer might feel the blow, but I would probably guess that his cosmic body is consistent throughout without any weak spots.

Captain Atom isnt going to feel the strike.

Superman shrugs it off like a bug bite.

Iron Mans armor probably has a weak spot somewhere, but I doubt a strike from Karnak is going to knock him over. Stark would feel it though.

Aunt May dies horribly.

With no stored energy, the Living Monolith might feel the strike, but in no way would he go down in my opinion.

Hulk's taken it already and barely noticed it. I imagine there's some sort of a durability limit, even for some one as skilled as Karnak, so I doubt he'll do much to most of the folks on this list.

We're talking about a guy who's honed, inhuman physiology provides 1-5 superhuman strength. Here's my opinion of what would happen if Karnak gets one shot at each of the following:

ClassicJuggernaut (no shield just his durability): Juggs feels nothing. He's still protected by Cytorrak.

Hulk: Feels something unpleasant, but not enough for a KO.

SilverSurfer: Feels something, but is otherwise unharmed. Karnak doesn't get his brick for this go round.

CaptainAtom: Staggered, but remains on his feet.

Superman: He's surprised by the hit, but unharmed .

Ironman: I think Tony's armor might actually go down here. At the very least, Karnak could screw it up until the self-repair functions reroute the damage.

AuntMay: No contest. Karnak takes her down in one hit painlessly and without causing any damage whatsoever.

LivingMonolith: See CapAtom.
