Doesn't matter if the fight is on the beach. Magneto is able to do so much more than control metal. The guy can create blackholes for crying out loud. Venom might be able to pull off a few wins but with much luck on his side. As a Venom fan I would like to say the symbiote takes control of Magneto, but how many times has Venom actually ever done that? Would there be a reason for him to fight at all if he just did that every time? Magneto wins 8/10 if not more.

Magneto puts on a forcefield, rendering Venom's attacks pointless. Then he proceeds to rip the symbiote apart and kill of Brock with a gesture.
