I'm not sure I can see Mar-Vell beating Phyla. Assuming she retains the Nega Bands in addition to the Q bands, she's got a ton of raw power.

I can, 'cause she's a failure.

She doesn't have enough feats IMO to stand up to her dad, nor is she very impressive really. She's also a dyke, she gets cool points for that, but loses them 'cause she's going out with a bald chick.

Not disputing any of that. Just saying that her raw power might be too much Mar-Vell. She doesn't have any showings with the Q bands so it's all hypothetical anyway.
