Well, Thanos' durability is extraordinary. It would definitely take someone above skyfather to do this. Judging from his battles, very few beings could one-shot him outright. Even Galactus failed to do so in the Thanos series (although that was counting Thanos' shield)

Without prep, Thanos could take out anyone under skyfather (without it being major PIS) so minor gods, other eternals, heralds etc...

There isn't any real limit to who he can take out himself, as long as he has prep. I won't go as far as a universal abstract, but with prep he could concievably take out a Celestial. It's not out of his reach.

By prep, I don't mean acquiring universal artifacts like the IG/HOTI.
