JLA. Punisher robots won't be too much of a problem for them, and Red Shift is on the lower end of the herald totem pole.

There are 2000 Punisher that lift class 100 strength has a force field healing factor analyze threats and determine the most effcient way to defeat there opponets can transport people where they want they also seem pretty quick. Red Shift could find and send earth size asteroids at the Justice League
