Burning thought
Diablo RP

The lord of Terror cried out in anger as his spirit was sent from him into the soulstone, the heat of his Santuary lessoning as the master that dwelt within was swallowed, hells forces fled in fear , those who stood against the 7 great heroes were cut down and destroyed, glowing blasts of light from the paladins sword strikes as well as ice like cold steel blastng forth form the Sorceress. The Other heroes in toe, behind the Barbarian and paladin who were making excellent at defending the others battled their way to the Hell forge. The Paladin took up the hellforge hammer from the dead beast that once held it and let it down upon Mephistos stone, letting loose screams of torment the soul and spirit of Mephisto was banished. Not long after Diablos had done the same but there was one missing.

Baal had broken into Mount Arreat, in an attempt to corrupt the Worldstone he was assailed by the now famous heroes who had slewn the lord of terror, Baals brother. In a great rage and after many hours of battle the Lord of destructions soul was taken and eventually the soul stone smashed. However his taint had taken hold of the Worldstone, the stone corrupted as it was had to be destroyed if Humanity had any chance, Tyrael threw his sword into the Great stone and it shattered, blasting to pieces not only the stone but also its wards that protected humanity from heaven and Hell, now, all out war will begin.

The 3 Prime evils banished back into the deepest bowls of hell had regained their strength, being near the focus of hells darkness as well as swallowing the souls of those long dead after the battle between Azmodon and Belial, they had once again taken over hell, preparing for the great war that would shake the core of Sanctuary as Heaven and hell spread across it, like it was just yet another battlefield. The High heavens extending their grip to Santuary, they could sense the Human "filth" as they would call it, Nephilim, a combination of Demon and Angel, they should be purged, but the for now useful allies.

Diablo was greater than his lesser brothers, becoming even more powerful than ever before now that the Terror was now set loose among the people of Sanctuary, the screams of torment around him a reminder of what he would love to make the world into

Burning thought
Morgan held in his grip an ale, tightening his hands around the handle as the trouble and terrible memories of his villages fall 3 years ago spread through his mind, the terror that he felt, the terror...its all that filled him of late, every night he lay half awake struck with it, sometimes he could hear dark voices, a terrible voice that flowed through him, every word a calling, as if it wanted to swallow him into complete madness.

a Man smashed into him, throwing his ale over the counter, he leapt from the stool and grabed the man, holding him almost a whole foot over the ground, "easy big boy, you dont want to mess with me!" the drunken fool looked down and panicked a little when he saw his feet were not on the ground, the man was not even much of a brawler by the looks of him, perhaps even too young for the ales he was drinking, a skinny kind of lad, morgan simply held him down with his hand and put his other hand over the mans face, he touched his forehead once and whispered some words and the man was instantly out of his drunken stupour and scrambled off of the table he was held on "whoa wat the, whats..mage!!, lets get out of here" he rushed off, his friends behind him.

the Chubby Barkeeper looked over "hmm no need to pay stranger, but oyu best be going now, if you dont mind ofcourse sir". Morgan grunted as he slamed a fist of gold coins on the table, real, which is extremely rare in those times "well thanks fine sir..erm..anything else now that i think of it, i have some nice por...." the man stopped as Morgan took his cloak and left the inn.

Darth Extecute
"MORGAN STOUCE!" A voice echoed from outisde the Inn. The voice came from a man dressed up in a large, black robe and a black hood over his head. He held both hands inside the robe, giving him quite the monk appearance.

"The world is to be set in darkness and you spend your time getting drunk in a tavern?" The same voice said and the monklike man walked closer, his face not able to be seen trough the dark hood. It was more behind the robe than a man could imagine, but he believed no one would be stupid enough to check it out.
The voice had brought the curiosity of people from inside the Inn. They peaked out trough the Inn, while some had even stepped and peaked out trough the door. The voice that echoed seemed to come from the robed man, but at the same time it was heard like a voice in an empty room, echoing from different directions.

Burning thought
Morgan looked over at the robed figuire, he knew it an angel, he scryed with some of the power of the Nephilim but could not determine who, but instead he resolved he was of high importance and so Morgan strode closer, he felt no threat from the Angel

"yes, hmm. Indeed but luckily that man saved me from his own drunken state, the visions of my past haunting me, i am only human at heart, although i embrace my birthright i still need nourishment and rest from time to time, but come now, an Angel of your importance does not come without purpose, what do you want from me?"

Darth Extecute
"Diablo walks the land again! Stronger than ever! Not I, or those of my alike is capable of fighting him on our own! There is a certain number of 'human hearts' out there that will be of aid!" He extended one of his arms and out of the long sleeves a metal clad yellow glove equiped hand came.
"Accept the task and join the battle. Grab my hand, Morgan!" He held his hand forth.

Burning thought
Morgan hesitated for a while, "hmm, this could be a trick of the three" he scryed once again but could find no taint on this being. He looked back into the Inn, the people watching were certainly confused but eventualyl Morgan gave in. With one hand on the hilt of his sword, Morgan Stouce took the angels with his other.

Darth Extecute
((I take it as my job to assemble the adventurers.. Tyrael is probably the most proper one to do so stick out tongue))

"Let us venture, Morgan! There is a lot to do and with very little time!" The voice of the robeclad man echoed as he dropped Morgans hand. He was satisfied with the man, who seemed to trust him enough to follow. He had decided to dress himself with a dark robe, as his common look took too much attention if he walked in public.
"Get your things! This is not a place where we can observe the situation, nor is these the people" He spoke and raised his hand, pointing at the house where Morgan lived.

Burning thought
(hmm yes, Tyrael has experiance in the gathering of hosts)

Morgan strode quickly into his house, the dark lightless room did not get much attenstion, large spiders and cobwebs covering most of the tall roofed ceiling, the floor damp, his hole dotted thatched roof did not protect too well against the elements. But his Door was all he needed, infact it was the door that was perhaps more expensive than the house, its many locks as well as made from enchatned oakwood of the mageclans, the Door perhaps as strong as the magic infused walls of the house was his most important aspect of his home, it was mostly a giant treasure trove rather than a home and he liked to keep it safe.

Within one of the room there were various chests, some made from demonic or perhaps Angelic metals that either let loose dark auras or shone brightly, with a few whispers the Chests all swung open and inside lay his prized possesions, his Demonhide that he wore in battle many times, enchanted with powers, light chainmail, helmet, greaves, he was almost ready but not quite, at last he came to the grandest chest of all, a large angelic gem encrusted case, in which nearly killed the mule he used to haul it from the demons who must have stole the chest from the Angels. Inside lay his Heartseekers sword, a grand blade and after throwing away his light shortsword in his hilt he filled the space it made with the heartseeker, donning once again his cloak he left the his home behind, the door sealing its many locks through magic.

Morgan came before Tyrael, looking like the warrior and adventurer he was supposed to be rather than someone who could easily pass as a simple sentry of a town, he was prepared for what Tasks the angel would have for him.

diablo was not happy...even the feeble screaming of his new host could cheer him...The lord of terror still fumed over his 2nd defeat..
this time will be different the demon lord thought as he he, once again in the guise of a mysterious traveler, walked through the wooden walkways of kurast, the once great city..to maintain his strength, the lord of terror took the body of a woman. diablo relied on how thick the people around him were, knowing that a frail man was more noticeable than a frail woman. and how she screamed inside her head..daiblo's last host was too weak as he was to even utter any more than a few quiet words..
in these days of "peace", paid voyages to famous areas were common..diablo took a chance, joining a crowd of tourist leaving their holidays behind.."he" paid the captain some coins and before long the ship was heading for the suposed shining jewel of the desert lands, lut golein

Sitting at the docks of the to-be-fallen city of Kurast. Terrie knew this and she had a feeling that traveling to the west would take her a bit further in her journey against the darkness. The grilling hot city by the name of Lut Gholein was her next destination. She had her legs just over the edge and stared down into the water. It was blank enough to reflect even minor details of her body feats. She focused her eyes on one specific spot in the water and created a minor twirl. She smiled and made the twirl spin around in the water like it was an object. She finaly had learnt the combination between wind, water and how to use them to a benefit. She smiled and lifted her legs up from the edge, holding them close to herself with her arms wrapped around them and sitting on the edge, looking out into the distance.

She could see how the boat approached in the distance. It was the boat that would give her the trip she had longed for over two days now. The boats between Lut Gholein and Kurast did not come very frequent these days. It could be the darkness that the world was being consumed in, but what did Terrie know? She was just a simple child with a goofy looking costume that had the about look of a overgrown dog. She toyed with her bells gently, enjoying the ringing sound when it pended around her neck. It brought her back to her dad, even though that was most likely impossible now. In her mind, anything could happen. She thought about the times she had together with him. She dreamt about the times she had together with the master druid. She dreamt of joy, yet she was in a waken state of mind. She was a bit of a daydreamer.

"To the docks and to the west we will travel, Morgan.. A ship will take us there" He spoke and pointed at the docks. His voice was strong, steady and could penetrate the fearless if he tried. He took both hands inside his robe again and started walking in the direction of the docks.
"One more companion and the jewel of the desert will be our next destination" As he himself spoke of the desert like that, it gave him flashbacks. He heard his voice, among with the voice of others echo in his head. The sound of his blade smashing into stone while battleing against the prime of prime. His own voice echoed with the words that prophicied the end of this world. He was wrong that time, maybe he was this time as well. Twice, this world had faced the prime of prime. Third time is the charm, he thought to himself with a lowered head. He stopped at the docks, turning around to see if Morgan was behind him.

The boat had stopped by the dock and as a pack of people boarded it, he nodded at Morgan. "Bring us our companion. Terrie Yellow is unknowingly waiting us at the edge of the dock" He said and pointed blank in the direction of the outer docks while having his head turned in the direction of Morgan.

as diablo stood he watched human life unfold around him..disgusting he thought, looking around..long had he sought to strike eternal terror into the hearts of man, and twice he had failed..it will be the last time the lord of terror promised himself..as 'he" looked out from under the hood, he realized something..no screaming..
it seems you have quietened down the lord of terror muttered to the poor soul resting at the back of his mind
im not giving you any satisfaction snarled the 60 year old
oh, really? questioned diablo...suddenly he force fed fear beyond what the poor woman thought previously...needless to say she started screaming again...diablo smiled..

Burning thought
(beware long one haha)

Morgan readied his equipment, around his gem encrusted magic belt there were all types of potions, he swapped a few over, he wanted one potion of restoration on each side, in the front of him healing and mana that will keep his strength up for the troubles that may come to him

he Walked along to the side of a large Galleon, "Star of the West" it said on the side, obviously this was perhaps its home port and not its destination and this comforted the man who was also Western himself to be among his own and not foreign people on a foreign vessel. He took his place in a line of people going into the boat, "10 silvers sir" said a rugged rather elderly man, his white beard and bald head giving him a look of a man far older than he actually was, he also spoke with an accent strange to Morgan but still he did as he did with the Bar tender back at the Inn, he sent power down his arm and into his hand, clenching his fist, then opening a small shower of gold coins, exactly 12 fell into the captains hands. The bearded man almost fell over and immediately steadied himself, "sir i don't run no Charity, its only 20 sil..", with a wave of his hand Morgan silenced the man,"its ok captain, a captain of such a fine vessel deserves a little more" he spoke quietly and strode aboard, the captain following him a little before stopping and turning to the rest of the crowd, "passage is no more than 20 silvers!!" the bearded man bellowed across the crowd, as Morgan went to find his a room worth the money he paid a smile spread across his face, amused at the Captain.

Morgan Stouce had settle into the largest room available to passengers and often had the captain give him not only queer but also sometimes slightly disgruntled looks, he was a proud man and given more money than he asked for made him feel uneasy. Morgan looked out over the sea, he had lied when he spoke highly of the ship, although it had a lot of large rooms and accommodation, it seems that was actually all they were, the rooms quality was certainly not something one would speak highly of, the ship itself, masts torn from the many journeys it made between the two ports of the west and to Kurast. Tired and a little weary from the journey and the drink he had earlier finally taking effect and making him feel dozy he went back to his room, the dust covered bed probably swarming with all kinds of lice was actually inviting and he settled on it. Morgan once again had nightmares, tossing and turning in his bed, he groaned to himself, suddenly he was awoken, a cold steel dagger close to his throat. Looking up Morgan could see 4 men in his room, it seemed he was wrong with the comfort he thought he would get on a vessel from his homeland, the skinny unkept man breathing foul break through rotting teeth pressed the blade closer, "wherd ya put ye gold rich man", another small fellow was on the floor searching around while a pair of large men handled Morgans Grand heartseeker, he could not allow Brigands and thieves to threaten him, he readied himself.

Suddenly without warning the blade in the unkept mans hands started to shake and glow, Morgans eyes widening the blade slipped from the mans grip and made an awkward turn up and through its owners skull, blood pouring from his head down his back startled the other smaller man on the floor and he fled out of the door while the two larger men readied for battle, one wielding a long sword, the other wielding the Heatseeker, they leaped at Morgan who dodged, their movements seeming almost sloth like in comparison as he expertly dodged sweeping blows and lunges, then after a moment they both threw themselves at him, one blade caught Morgan through the arm and sliced downwards, wincing Morgan growled and took the lunging mans head under his arm, breaking it in a swift movement, taking advantage of Morgans position the other threw all his strength into a swipe with heartseeker which suddenly in mid slash twisted round glowing and Morgan took held of the handle, he hesitated a little then slashed and the blade went straight through the man from head to lower torso and he split in two, yet to Morgans amazement the man sealed back together, "i don't..want your...Gold...i want..your soul" the being said in a voice that sounded like nails on a chalk board, Morgan gasped as he dodged away as the Demonic fiend leaped at him, its hands pured with blood as the flesh dripped away to reveal barbed claws that went straight for morgan who also had a move of his own, quickly jolting aside he concentrated on his blade which burst forth with flames and he pushed it straight through the beasts head, it let out a piercing scream as its body crisped and fell into ashes on the floor, ship mates poured into the room, soon Morgan drank a potion along his belt and the blood pouring from the gash in his arm disappeared just as the cut itself sealed shut as if nothing had ever even touched him.

The Rest of his journey was uneventful, eventually he had to once again take rest and when he awoke the heat of the room immediately brought his senses to now know he was not in the west, looking out over the area he could see the Jungle around the ports, a peculiar place, a village that seemed to have been built across as well as on top of the water, he looked out as he left the ship, the Captain grunting as he left, struggling the man who had fled from Morgans room earlier was being taken by the Kurast Guards, Morgan looked out and could see a young girl, she was wearing a odd looking type of clothing but then he had not been to this part of the world before and did not know their dress. He was feeling a pull towards the girl through his senses and though that this was whom Tyrael had spoken of, he approached slowly.

With his arms inside his robe, he walked onboard the boat. He looked at the ship captain who looked back quietly. He did not pay the captain and the captain asked no questions. The civilian that was after him in the line tried doing the very same thing, but the captain stopped him. "Pay or you wont ride" The captain spoke and the peasant looked suprised at him. "But he.." He said and pointed at Tyrael. The captain extended his arm "Pay or you wont ride" and the peasant payed with an annoyed look on his face. Tyrael walked up to the front of the ship, where he stood. He looked out over the water, keeping his arms inside the robe at all time. He simply stood there, silent, staring out into the distance and thinking about Diablo and the world that was to come. He prayed he was wrong this time, that the world would not come to an end during his lifetime.

((ok...i think everyone is in kurast but myself, who just left for lut golein laughing out loud ))
the very second diablo stepped off the boat he felt it..he tensed, ready, but no, this was some time ago..the lord of terror relaxed himself. he wasnt here, at least, not now, but the stench of the light was still present, like a dense fog in diablos mind..
tyreal the blessed...tyreal the great..tyreal the fool..may he fall trying to protect his precious people diablo mentally raged..he only got shrieks of his host in return..diablo chuckled and hobbled along, searching for the entrance to the great sewers of the city
"madame?" an inquisitive voice asked..diablo turned..a mercanary guard stood before the lord of terror, naturally completely oblivious to the mysterious "womans" true identity..the guard continued.."im afraid i cannot allow you to go through there..the sewers still pose a threat to our city"
"still...a threat" diablo repeated, his voice changing dramatically as he talked..he felt the bloodlust..the need to wipe this pathetic excuse of sentient life from existence rose withing the lord of terror
"madame??" the merc said, raising his spear, wary of a threat
"at last some intelligence" diablo growled, his true voice emanating from the mouth of his host.."do not worry about me, human, for i shall be fine..if i were you, baal forbid, then i would be more concerned with my own well being then of the lord of terror's"
"oh no!" the merc gasped.."no it cant-" that was as far as the poor man got, before a spike shot from the folds of diablos sleeve and pierced the mans neck, instantly killing him..
ha!!! the old woman shouted in triumph now they will know somethings afoot
my dear slave, i think not the lord of terror said calmly..the demonic denizens of the sewers are obviously still active..they shall be blamed, not i diablo walked confidently into the dark sewers of lut golein, leaving the corps of the guard just inside the doorway..the doors mysteriously shurt behind the lord of terror, and he smiled, raising a hand...suddenly a single bolt of powerful crimson lightning shot out from the palm, splintering the doorway, blowing half of it into the sea..the lord of terror chuckled quietly..he will start with this city..

Terrie turned around when she heard some footsteps behind her. She was just about, before the sound of the footsteps, head to the boat that had arrived at the docks. She looked at the man, who seemed too strong for a normal habitant of Kurast, and he was not a sailor. Terrie looked at Morgan for a moment with a suprised look, before slowly gathering the courage to speak

"S-Sir? I-Is there anything I can do to help?" She asked, observing the man who clearly was a warrior.

Burning thought
Morgan smiled, although the suit was commical he felt this girl was perhaps a little frightened or at least felt threatened and so he calmed down his voice and kneeled beside her, "hmm i sense strong power in you young one, what is your name, i have been sent by someone to find a one to help in the struggle of our world, i believe it must be you judging by your the only one with the desrcription i had, will you come with me young one, meet him?", Morgan smiled and showed his hand to the girl in a gesture to shake it

Marie-Lee
"What man? Who someone?" She asked, a bit nervous but clearly curious of what could happen. She did not hesitate to grab the mans hand when he offered it and with a smile on her face she stood up next to him. She was suprised that she had been searched for. She had no idea that she had been 'expected' like this, but it was a good thing. Now she did not have to be alone in these dark times. "My name is Terrie Yellow, I have studied the shaman powers of the world, to gain contact with nature" She said with a great smile and a proud voice. She still could not think of who had been looking for her, or even known her.

Burning thought
"hmm i thought as much, no wonder he would have use for your skills, he is..hmm..i cannot explain, i am sure he will when we meet him, dont worry you can trust in me, now, we need to go to the desert regions of the world, a place i believe they call Lut Gholein, come" he took her by the hand and lead her towards a large boat, "the oceans jewl", aboard they went and after a few strange stares from people at he and the young girl he paid the captain the same as before, confused looks and once again startled at the coins he had been given they found their rooms and off the Boat Sailed to the City of Lut Gholein.

It Was quite a Short journey, the ship was a far better one than the last, in good repair and perhaps one of the newer kinds due to its improved speeds, with Terries hand in his own they departed off of the ship onto the warm sands, the burning heat he could feel throughout his armour and Morgan panted before muttering a few words and through magic lowered his temperature and that of his armour, even the child was affected, "now lets find him shale we" he said with a smile, although he had no idea when the Angel would show, he waited for a while, he trusted the Angel to come any moment

Darth Extecute
"Morgan and Terrie, it warms what heart I have to see people ready to fight for freedom." The voice sounded from behind the two, where he stood with a dark robe and every piece of his body hidden within it. "I have brought you together, but I can not guide you to victory. In order to fight HIM" He marked the final word. "To fight HIM, you have to know your allied and work together against the forces of evil. You will never be alone, you will simply work without my interfearance for as long as possible" He took one arm out of the robe, holding four vials. The fluid of the vials was red and bubbling. His hand had a bright golden glow, spreading a glimt of divinity. "These will service you in the heart the fight. Use them well, as any wound can be healed" Tyrael awaited for them to walk up to him. He may be interfearing with the human race, but the little dignity of divninty he had left, urged him to await them to approach him and take the vials, instead of him walking up to them.

"I can, but will not guide you, Morgan. You and Terrie will have to find your own way trough this besieged world. I will pray for you to find it before it is too late. You must not fail and you must not rely at my aid." His voice had the steady sound of a powerful warrior. He never hesitated a word. He spoke it fluent, like he had been preparing to the speech for a long time. Not aiding the rookie adventurers in battle was hard for Tyrael, but they must not be dependant on him. What he had plans to do next, might be the last thing he ever will do. Without turning his head from the two adventurers, his eyes focused at the sewer entrance.

Burning thought
Morgan approached Tyrael and took the vials "thank you, but where now, where shale we begin" he wondered to himself as well after and then gave two of the vials to Terrie, "hm the dark Wanderer must certainly be stopped, but our weapons are still far from enough to battle him, nor do i believe we are quite ready ourselves", Morgan looked the way of the Arch-Angel and stared at the sewers sensing something but he was not sure what it was, "what is down the Sewers?" he said to the robed figuire while placing his vials in his belt.

Darth Extecute
"Darkness darker than the deepest pits of hell" He paused, watching the two. "You are no longer under my guidance. Do what you believe you are meant to do, Morgan" He spoke, turning to the sewers. "Every battle has a set time, Morgan. Ask yourself if your time is now" Tyrael said sharply. Morgan was old enough to make a wise choice. He asked himself the very same question that he had enforced Morgan to ask himself. He looked at the entrance of the sewer, then back at Morgan. Whatever choice morgan did, Tyrael would not stand in the way. All he could do was pray to the heavens, that what Morgan chose to do was right. Maybe this mere human held more wisdom than Tyrael. Enough wisdom to see a way that Tyrael did not.

Burning thought
Morgan knew now he was not going to be guided, Tyrael seemed to have his own job to do and so he took it upon himself to take Terrie to the ancient Tomb of Tal'rasha, he knew it would be a perilous task, the ancient ways to the tomb were well hidden and he knew he would need the use of Horazons sanctuary to reach the place and once again uncover the true ancient tomb much like the adventurors before him.

He knew however that the ancient heram beneath the palace was shut away long ago, the palace's upper levels were the only ones to be used, the stench of evil beneath them often kept the Palace empty, so he had to use another way, he spent a few hours of searching through the Market and purchasing a few items along the way such as small white potions and those that were black marked with poison symbols to show they were antidotes, as well as buying himself and Terrie a new cloak each, since his was tattered and dirty and Terrie did not seem to be wearing nothing other than her odd outfit and it would be dangerous to face sandstorms and the heat of the desert without covering themselves. Morgan finally came across a seemingly great sage and sensed him to be a Magi, Drognan he thought he heard the old man say his name was, although slightly eccentric the old man helped them and gave them several magic tomes to bring them back to Lut Gholein from any point withi the desert as well as a few keys, some with demonic symbols, others simble ordinary keys but at last he came to a large white key, encrusted with glowing diamonds of light, he pulled it from its chest he had unlocked with a spell and presented it to them before almost throwing the thing into Morgans hands. "This Key....ahem yes this key will allow you into the entrance out in the desert, it is a fairly short jouney north of here behind a remarkably large rock.....hmm where was i..hm yes indeed the key it will open a portal if you scratch this simble with it on the rock" the old man was certainly a bother to Morgan but he followed his Advice.

As they left the old man gave them a piece of parchment with the symbol he had told them off on it, they gathered their things and after brief refreshments in Atmas tavern they readied some fine camals they bought off of a tall merchant, and off they went into the desert

(sorry to push you along Marie lee, perhaps you can make a double post, in answer to both the events with Tyrael and then this one)

"Light bless you at your journey, young ones" Tyrael said and made a hail sign with his hand, before turning around. He turned around and watched the hatch that lead beneath the city. The sewers, where darkness roamed. He threw the hatch open, as a guard stopped. "It is not safe down there sir. You might get hurt", placing his hand over Tyraels shoulder. Tyrael looked up at the guard from his kneeling position above the hatch. He shook his head "For the greater good" Tyrael said as he lept down the hatch. He looked around in the darkness, where the undead roamed. This simple opposition would not even bother touching Tyrael. The darkness was complete, when the guard closed the hatch. Fortunatly, his vision was as good in the pitch black, as it was in daylight. "What is his plans, down here?" Tyrael mumbled to himself, following the strong scent of darkness that flowed trough the dungeons.

(sorry, been busy)
diablo knew it..hes followed me the lord of terror raged, quickening his pace down the sewers..the land below lut golein was like a maze, deep and dark, but diablo moved as though he had been here a thousand times before..he finally reached the "heart" of lut golein...he stood in the middle to the pitch black room, his arms raised..he stood there, as still as a statue, for 20 minutes, then suddenly he started muttering in a tongue long forgotten..the walls suddenly shone with blood red symbols, and groaning noises came from the darkness around diablo..
the undead swarmed in from every opening, and beings manifested from the very shadows, twisting in the darkness to take shape..diablo himself was changing..horns sprouted from the head of the "old woman"..the muscles bulged and grew under the skin, which had become rough and scaley..the hands formed giant claws and the feet contorted into a reptilian shape, bursting the leather shoes which housed them...
it was not a complete transformation, far from it..diablo was still the height of the average human, and the prominant tail wasnt present, but it suited the lord of terrors needs...for now..
"come and find me, tyreal" diablo mocked, his voice eminating from the mouths of every minion under the city, and the voice reached every corner of the sewers..

((It's cool.. We all are))

"Finding you is not a problem, old foe!" Tyrael mumbled to himself, now throwing his robe away. He marsched with rapid steps trough the dungeons of the city. The lord of terror had set the undead in motion, but a mere skeleton could not possibly stand in the way for the cause of Tyrael. He pulled his sword out of the sheat and let his wings spread out wide. Undeads approaching him from behind was slammed by the magical wings of Tyrael like a whip.
Marching deeper into the pits, yet unchallenged by the as good as nothing undead that tried killing him he arrived not far from the room that Diablo was located. Like always, no second thoughts crossed Tyraels mind as he held the sword tight and marched into the room. The sharp blade cleaved trough a horde of skeletons like he had swung it trough the wind. "This world does not deserve your kin, old foe! Leave the person that you hath consumed, free her soul and never return again" He stood by the entrance of the room, his wings covering his flanks from the constantly approaching undead. The bright light that shun from his sword urged the common undead skeletons to stay away from his front.

diablo smiled "im afraid the time when you could hope to defeat me is long past, tyreal..surrender and ill let you leave"..he extended his new claws to two inches to make himself clear..

Darth Extecute
"There was a time where I had lost hope to defeat you or any of your brothers, yet you were sent to hell!" Tyrael frowned as he marched through the room. "You have infested the world with terror for the last time, lord of terror!" He observed how Diablo prepared to fight the angel "You are not even complete! Leave this dungeon and this town! I let no evil pass, not even you!" His wings flew forth and pushed every single undead away that stood in the way of Diablo and Tyrael. The path was clear and Tyrael lept forward with his sword raised high.

MadMel
diablo blocked the sword with one clawed hand, and with the other shoved tyreal into wall with alarming force..
"it appears i needn't be "complete" to destroy you, arch-angel" diablo mocked, walking toward tyreal..he knealt next to the arch-angel.."i offer you one last chance..take your leave of this place, or in 5 minutes time you'll be begging for a swift death"

Darth Extecute
"Stalling you, lord of terror, is being of on a good start" His magical wings spread trough the room and rapidly grabbed hold of Diablo. Two wings wrapping one hand wrist each and two grabbed one ankle each, lifing him up into the air. He kicked him in the chest and threw him trough the room. "If I would let death frighten me, I would not have entered this dungeon. Stop this foolish act, demon! I will not permit the continuance of this!" He got up from his cornered position and swiped a few undead away. "The chances of having me begging for anyone is as large as you ruling this world. Not even you can bring me to my knees" Using his wings, he launched himself at Diablo once more, this time commencing a powerful jab. A strike straight for the chest.

MadMel
diablo got up and launched red lightning at tyreal..his eyes were flaming with rage.."you cannot hope to defend this miserable world..my brothers and i shall rise and strike fear, hatred and destruction into the hearts of mankind..you only remain alive because i wish to see you fail..and then oblivion will take you like the human cattle, hell will reign supreme, and unchallenged"..diablo grabs some of tyreals wings and attempts to rip them off..

Darth Extecute
Tyrael was too close to avoid the first stream of lighting, as he was pushed backwards. As the rest of the lighting came, he made it meet his blade. The lighting was absorbed by the energy of light, as Tyrael walked forward. He roared as Diablo grabbed his wings. "You may be the lord of terror, but you are not strong enough to tear the divinity out of me!" Tyrael said and lifted the wing Diablo held, up into the air, while one of the free wings slammed straight into him. "You may have an immortal soul, but your soul will die of age before you see me fail, Diablo" He used his wings to take a few step backwards. The one wing Diablo still held started shaking wildly. "Your brothers, yes.. Mephisto, lord of hatred and Baal, lord of destruction. The brain and the muscle" Tyrael grinned from behind his hood. "You are a simple paw and a young brother, nothing more" He looked at what once was a human woman. "You are weak, Diablo" He said, just before he got his wing loose from Diablos grip. He used the wings to transport him backwards, taking a distance to Diablo. "What do you want with Lut Gholein?"

MadMel
( laughing out loud diablos the muscle,...baal is the AOE stick out tongue )
"what is the likelyhood that i will tell you that, tyreal" diablo mocked the angel.."i am not as careless as, say, you're lacky, izual" diablo smiled, seeing his words had an effect.."yes, we had fun with him, mark my words..he was screaming and screaming, even worse than this host"..diablo suddenly launched himself at tyreal on all fours and tackled his enemy..having pinned tyreal down, the lord of terror breathed hot fire in his face..

Burning thought
( sad hmm wheres Marie lee gone, i hope she is not unwell again or has forgotten us, i dont want to strol around the arcance santuary and end up traveling halfway through the story with her traling behind or shell be completly lost lol, hmm i think ill w8, ofc Tyrael and Diablo are not concerned by maries character much so they can carry on)

Darth Extecute
((If you have MSN you can add her there and talk to her yes ))

Protecting himself with his bare arms, the fire heaten his golden gloves up. "Izual is a fallen soul! His name is not worth thin air for me now!" Tyrael said and held his arms up to keep Diablo away from his face. He recieved a sudden vision that he did not percept well, but he realised that this was not his time to die. Dying here would be for nothing, as his wings spread across the room. Two wings grabbed Diablo and Tyrael pushed his hand against the womans throat. "Next time, lord of terror" As he launched Diablo trough the room with the last of his overflown energies. The push threw Diablo trough the wall on the other side of the room. He got up and stared at the hole. "Wither and die, demon!" As with his wings he transported himself backwards into the dungeons again and away from Diablo. Diablo was by far stronger, but could never outrun Tyrael, not even when Tyrael traveled backwards.

MadMel
diablo roared.."one day, tyreal, one day!!" he shouted, and all the demons and undead cowered at the sound of his voice...
daiblo didnt bother trying to chase tyreal, for he knew the angel was too fast on his wings..no matter, we will have him soon
