I'd give Destroyer the nod. Aegis and Tenebrous didn't impress me enough.

Dread Destroyer is badass. Remember the Odinsword rivals Twilight. In MC2, Galactus needed the weapon along with other beings

Galactus then merged with SS. Silver Galactus was impressive
