Telepathy? No. She has literally created quantum explosions in another dude's brain. It's more like remote telekinesis than it is tp.

Quasar is a fairly strong herald, but certainly not one of the STRONGEST.

Quantum is sub-skyfather, at least.

somewat correct: his psi-block can protect from mental takeover, but he can still be mind-scanned.

Does Quasar have any of his special stuff you know things like his Star Brand or his Cosmic Awareness.Does Jenny's power limit exceed Quasars absorbtion limit i don't know much of Quantum but Quasar has stopped blasts from Galactus and the Phoenix.
