Major Snafu
At the conclusion of the Chaos Tournament, an injured Takuma Sakazaki returns to Southtown with his friend Lee Pai Long.
Three months later, Takuma is back at full health and is hard at work training.
However, one day as he spars with Lee in Chinatown, Urien pays the Kyokugenryu School a visit - against his brother Gill's wishes. The Illuminati President is looking for new recruits for his personal army in his attempt to usurp Gill from his post of Emperor.
Upon returning to his dojo, Takuma finds it wrecked. Only one person is inside: King. The injured French kickboxer (and possible romantic interest of Ryo) explains to the Sakazaki patriarch the events that had transpired.
"It was a man...looked like Nanakase...white hair...tanned...body like iron...he came in and trashed the place...he took them."
Furious, Takuma heads out to rescue his pupils. Even without the now-destroyed Tengu Mask, Takuma is in Serious Mr. Karate mode.
In an amazing twist, Takuma receives assistance from the Illuminati chieftain himself, Gill, who has heard about his brother's schemes and has decided to help Takuma.
Gill takes him to Urien, where Ryo, Robert and Yuri are being held inside a special cell which negates their ki attacks. Gill watches in the background as the Kyokugenryu master and his power-hungry brother prepare to square off.
