Absorbing Man would be a tough fight ether way prep or no prep

If Doom and Luthor can get AM to fight smart they could win this.

team 1 is no slouch when it comes to prep. Spiderman whos one of the fastest thinkers on his toes, much less when he gets time to think before a battle. Bruce is one of the most dangerous minds when it comes to strategizing a battle. Hes a better tactician than doom or luthor. Team 2 has an advantage in prep but not by as big a margin as you might think
