damn this one is hard , Captain Comet is no joke neither is CM. I say a draw for now.

Captain Comet new skills still haven't been fully discovered. The recent Mystery in Space gave us an insight into his new abilities and skill. We haven't seen his full potential. Only backdraw is he can only teleport only once every hour.

No clear winner.

That's only long-distances, short distance he can do it every 5 minutes. New scans of Comet's feats are being added to the respect thread now

Smarter no, he has Cosmic Awareness but which is different from intelligence.

Captain Comet is a bit of a beast - he use to match up quite well against Superman in the pre-crisis days. I'll go with him.

Does Mar-vell have any TP resistance?

I thought Comet was near Superman level strengthwise, I stopped reading anything with Comet long ago, and heard that he is younger now, and less powerful. IMO Comet is too much for Mar-Vell, at least classic Comet is. He can see into the future, has telekinesis, telepathy, matter manipulation, super strength, super durability, and is a really good H2H fighter.
