i would be hard pressed to say lex could take ra's hand to hand

and mentally i dont think lex can pull it off, he's to pradictable he IS smart as hell but when he wants something so bad i think it makes him to egotistic to go at things carefully and cautiously.

While luthor is maybe one of the smartest beings on the DC earth ra's might be smarter he has centuries of acrane knowledge to use.
