Twist: Spideys strength and speed has been supercharged. And his healing factor has been put up to wolverine and hulk levels.
Strength: 1 knotch below superman.
Speed: Web speed: Increased 1 and 1/2 what it was. Dodging speed is almost untouchable.

Superman twist: Speed dimmed down 1 notch.

Gal. twist: Able to turn invisible. Able to see behind him.
