Probably not too far. Batman will find him way before he can do a lot of damage. Once found Scourge goes down very hard.

How many Scourge operatives are we talking? Sidious, the scourge isn't one guy. It's a whole organization of crazy super-villain killers. if the whole group is here, Bats has his work cut out for him.
