As far as ability goes, I say they are on par. Mace wins in the end though, for the simple fact that he can keep Blade from jumping by using the force. Unless that would be a foul. Would it?

It would be a foul.

The only force powers he gets to use are the ones that pretain to his person. He can't impede Blade with the force or use it to make the ball do something.

Then mace has the unlimited tactical advantage as blade cant suprise him so mace stomps blade.

obviously, Mace Windu. He would anticipate Blade's moves and jedi speed is something that blade could NEVER defend against.

Blade totally schools Mace in a game of b-ball for the simple fact that White Men Can't Jump > Coach Carter.
