Fight takes place where Michael fought Viktor in "Underworld", h2h combat, to the death.

Who wins? Both are at full strength.

Blade beat Novak.

He wouldn't beat Michael.

Beg your pardon but no. Michael has no skill or combat training at all. That's why Viktor eventually got the upper hand in their fight, because Viktor had combat skill while Michael didn't.

Nomak by contrast did display at least some skill when he and Blade fought. Heck, on the DVD commentary, Wesley Snipes even comments on this by saying they tried to show how Nomak was able to quickly pick up fighting skills by observing others.

The problem is that RJ doesn't take his own medicine.

I have no problem with saying "Well, based on what we know, this guy might be able to do this, or use this to his advantage.".

RJ doesn't do that. He sits there saying "This WOULD happen, then he'd do this, then this, then this.". Down to the very MOVE. There's no MIGHT. He decides what WOULD happen based on what miniscule knowledge he has of the franchise, backed up by just having seen/watched the movie.

RJ is preaching fun, but ask him how much fun he has when every thread is more or less him getting stomped because people are annoyed by his misunderstanding of Vs fights.

The Comic Vs, last I checked, isn't "He'd do this, he'd do that." down to the movie. It's MIGHT, and COULD, based on evidence. Back and forth. When you decide what WOULD happen, that's it, what's the point? You're meant to be debating what MIGHT and COULD happen with hopes of concluding what would, not knowing that in the first post.

He moved so fast Viktor couldn't keep up with him, and he fought and killed William, the original werewolf, he ripped his skull in 2. Nomak is good, but I have no doubt Mike could punch clean through his chest. Underworld just operates on higher levels than Blade(Besides the Deacon Frost/God Thing)

He was probably just as fast, or faster than the other werewolves, and those things outran purebred horses. In combat speed, we never see him display skill since he's just a beast, and he's all about instinct. However if he had kept his mind, he would put every other lycan to shame.

No. He was the original lycan, the 1st generation were running down horses, and Lucian's generation were just as fast if not faster(Lucian actually caught a car). Why the hell wouldn't he be able to run that fast. Now I never said anything about combat speed, since all he did was walk around looking all menacing and stuff.

If you want to talk about bypassing onscreen feats and going with probably, I suggest we take a look at the Bumblebee/Sideswipe thread.

Okay, here we go.

First, Michael has no fighting skill at all. Even though Michael was faster and stronger, he ultimately lost to Viktor due to the latter's combat skill. Michael only survived because of Selene's intervention.

Nomak by contrast does have some skill as shown in his fights with Blade. Not a lot true, but more than Michael does.

Second, aside from their weakness to sunlight/UV rays, Reapers are very hard to kill. Priest for example survived having half his head sliced off. Piercing the heart will kill them but that's no easy feat seeing as it's encased in bone. Blade managed to pierce it with his sword, but even then it's debatable. One could argue that Nomak may have survived by pulling the sword out, rather than finishing himself off by pushing it in. And of course Michael doesn't have a sword here.

Third, if Nomak gets close enough he can drain Michael. Will the Reaper virus affect him? Possibly, since it affects vampires. Even if it doesn't, Nomak can drain him. Even if Michael can heal from that, by the time he does so Nomak will be long gone. Remember, one doesn't have to kill their opponent to beat them.

I just watched Blade 2, dude, Nomak is a ****ing JUGGERNAUT.

Proof if it were ever needed that you just make threads without thinking.

It was SO clear that Michael would win, then magically, after WATCHING the film again, Nomak is a "juggernaut".

Quite lame really. The sheer scale of which you follow those you like.

If Michael can rip lycan heads to pieces, then he can punch a hole through Nomak's chest. And Viktor had 600+ years of fighting experience when he fought Michael, Nomak is nowhere near that skilled, and the skills he does possess aren't enough to give him wins over Michael. Michael takes this, speed, strength, agility, he excels in all areas.

They both can take ridiculous amounts of damage and recover, so they're going to have to decapitate each other (and **** the skull) to pull a win. I say Corvinus' speed is going to allow himti do that easier.

In Evolution, Michael was downed by a few bullets. In Blade 2, Nomak took mag after mag from several vampires, and he never slowed. Not to mention when Blade stabbed him downward in the shoulder.

Yes, he was downed by a pistol.

But that was before he turned Hybrid. When he fights Nomak, he'll be transformed, I doubt regular bullets do anymore damage to him in that state then they do lycans or vampires. And I don't think it was just the bullets, he was already extremely ill from eating whatever it was he ate.

Yeah, also he hadn't fed at all, even though Selene warned him to.

Michael wins, no doubt about it. Nomak was pretty impressive and badass, but there's no way he's going to take on and win against Michael at full strength.
