Leon is in Karl's place in "Die Hard", he is Hans' right hand man, and is sent out to kill McClane after McClane kills Leon's brother.

It's McClane and Leon, in Nakatomi plaza, at night, Leon hunting McClane.

They are both at full strength. They have access to all weaponry they had in their movies.

Leon is a frigging ghost, man. He's not gonna run around blasting with a machine gun like Karl. Odds are Mac will never even see him. All Mac'll see is......well......the bright light at the end of the tunnel.

Doubt it. That was Leon's territory. This is McClane's. He'll likely be doing the ambushing.

Leon's territory? Leon was in an apartment building, he had never stepped foot in it before the scene.

McClane's territory? McClane had never stepped foot in Nakatomi before DH.

Also, McClane has no idea Leon is "hunting" him. It's the same situation as DH.

Hmm? I am using Leon's feat on an entire police station, full of cops. That, and the feat at the beginning of the movie. There are more, many more. More than enough to overwhelm McClane.

Not really. Think about it for a second.....

Karl and his goons were running around like idiots looking for McClane. Sure, they were organized, but they lacked the stealth and hunting prowess that Leon has.

Now....Imagine Leon doing the same, but with unrivaled stealth, with his crawling through the ceilings and ducts, with his tendency to not be seen until it's to late.

Yes, I believe that Leon would easily kill McClane, but it would at least be interesting for a few minutes.

The had enough stealth to take over Nakatomi from within, to convince the authorities that there was nothing amiss until McClane let Powell and the outside world know what was going on. And Karl was very stealthy. On the rooftop, he is seen stealthily and slow woalking across the rooftop to get the drop on McClane.
He later sneaks up on McClane when he is on the radio. Ergo: Stealthy.

Leon was killed by a cop who had no problem seeing him.
History would repeat itself here most likely..

Yeah still pretty convinced of that.
