Picard: Armed with cup of smoldering hot Earl Grey and the rage he felt towards the Borg(directed at Potter here). As far as Picard's concerned, the "line is drawn here!"

Potter: Armed with his wand and is under the impression that Picard is in league with Voldermort due to their sharing bad/balding craniums.

Setting: The fighting arena/mat where Daniel fought his last fight in the Karate Kid. They start approximately five feet apart.

Neither combatant can draw in from outside sources. Potter can't bring in a potion; Picard can't have Worf beam down and deliver a Klingon boot (size 14) to Potter's rear quarters.

Survivor is playing in the background.

FIGHT!

Picard throws the tea on Potters (non existant) male genitalia, and so he wins while Potter is on the ground screaming

Having watched little of TNG, I have to ask: is the hat picture and the phone picture actually from the show?

Ive just rewatched at least 75% of the episodes of the run from seasons 1-7... (Handpicking my old favorites...missing out what I remember to be filler episodes) and no such scenes were in any of those.

And truth be told I cant remember the phone thing.

Joking aside, I do think that Riggs is better at H2H and with guns, but McClane is better at thinking on his feet and completing impossible style missions in impossible style ways.

Riggs is the conventional cop, McClane's more of a wild card. That's how I see it.

Riggs actually hasn't got many onscreen feats that assert his H2H dominance.
That was exaggerated by the Riggs support community (Before he became the HP support community.)

Riggs is one half of a conventional cop duo. Nothing more.

In a straight up fist fight McClane has the same chance he has in all of his other fights. Riggs could bring nothing new to the multitudes of attacks that have befallen McClane along the way.

And Riggs is quite basic and not as fast as is generally believed.
He is a poseur who growls a lot, stares hard then does elementary stuff that has been displayed by the many people that McClane had killed over time... Still.
