Scenario:
Hit-Girl doesn't hesitate to kill suspects and criminals without proper trial when fighting crime. L Lawliet doesn't approve this and wants to make a plan for capturing her. While Hit-Girl can rely on her speed, combat skills and ninja-like performance, L is a genius and relies on his incredibly high intelligence. Basically, this is a battle of one of the most skilled combat fighters versus one of the most intelligent and resourceful detectives. Awesome physical abilities or incredible brain power? What is better advantage? Who wins?

As this is a movie forum, I mean the movie versions. Hit-Girl as played by Chloe Moretz and L as played by Kenichi Matsuyama.

To make it more clear: They're both in the same city and initially don't know where the other lives and what is the other's true identity. They can use any realistic equipment (e.g. Hit-Girl can use any type of gun, L can use bugs for wiretapping etc). No Death Note involved! At the very beginning, L announces publicly that he will capture Hit-Girl, so she knows he is after her.

Hello anybody else here?

Based
There are literally limitless scenarios given such a broad setting and little details. Like what resources do they both have for example?

L is a genius though so he'll find his prey. The problem is capturing her. L's more of a detective than a battle tactician/strategist so I really doubt he can do anything to stop anyone with superhuman abilities.
