The fight takes place on the Davy Jones ship. Jason voorhees has his trademark machete, and Davy Jones can't summon the Kraken if he does then he's lost the fight.

Davy can "teleport" through the ship giving him an extreme advantage. Plus his claw can bend swords. and if his heart isnt on the ship, Jason is sooo screwed.

Jason Vorhees can be shackled underwater and rendered helpless. This is within Davy's powers, and Davy can't die, so Davy wins.

By getting stabbed in the heart. The ONLY way to kill him. This is the deciding factor and I'm not sure where the heart is in this scenario.

It's not in this scenario and even if was since voorhees is a bizarro kind of villain so it wouldn't matter.

Well if it isn't in this scenario Jason is screwed, hard.
