Ok so let's forget McClane for a minute. This is Jack "Cruise" Reacher vs. Craig 007.

1. H2H fight to the death in an arena.

2. Knife fight to the death in an apartment. Any object inside the apartment can be used as a weapon.

3. Gun fight inside a mall.

4. Each is given a mission to assassinate each other. They are allowed to use any and all resources available to them but are not allowed to ask help from any other people. Play ground is NY city.
