Standard equip for both. Fight takes place in New York City (abandoned).

I hate both, but Spidey less so. He wins.

The sheer size of Prime's bullets would make dodging extremely difficult if not impossible.

Spidey could dodge all day, in the end what can he do against Prime? He'll eventually tire or one of Prime's attacks will clip him, then he's done for.

His strength, sidey-sense and webbing gives him enough of an arsenal to take down, Prime. He could easily use things in his environment as projectiles to launch at prime or he could lure him into a trap. Although, I think Prime has more than enough fire power to drop Spidey, I think Spidermans Spidey-sense ultimately wins him the fight

Spidey is strong but not strong enough to hurt Prime. And what exactly is he going to use in his environment? Prime was crashing through buildings and trees like they were styrofoam. Unless he can get his hands on anti-decepticon missiles I just don't see how Spidey can take down Prime.

Plus, Spidey is hard to hit due to spider-sense but he's not exactly untouchable. If Prime collapses a building on top of Spidey he's going to have a hard time escaping that unscathed.

There's also the fact that Prime cab fly and his bullets are bigger than Spidey is. He's good at dodging, but I don't see him continuously getting around a Gatling gun shooting projectiles larger than he is at such high speeds.

With his strength, Spiderman can use countless things as projectiles. Prime may be durable but the transformers have been knocked around pretty easily by low grade military weapons and fast moving cars. So, I really don't see why Spiderman wouldn't be able to find something in his environment to pierce Primes armor.

A collapsing building would most likely kill spiderman, I agree, but the likely hood of Spiderman getting caught in a scenario like that is highly unlikely. It's about as likely as Prime getting himself caught in the same scenario and in which, I think Prime would die as well.

I completely agree that Primes gun could easily KO Spiderman but unless this fight is taking place in a field I think it'll be more likely that Spiderman finds a way to divorce Prime from his gun or incapacitate him.

By KO do you mean kill? A single bullet will obliterate him or at least do fatal damage. And most of Primes weapons are attached to him. Plus Spidey will have to devote all of his effort to not getting shot.

Blackout was unscathed by an entire army base's artillery. It wasn't till the autobots helped out humans that the military got weapons that could hurt decepticons.

It's true you had to use high heat Sabot rounds to damage transformers, and even then you had to shoot soft spots which the humans didn't know about until like Froth said, the Autobots joined with N7 and taught them how to effectively fight Transformers.

Also a collapsing building wouldn't kill Prime. He's shown to be far too durable. He'd be hurt sure, but not so much that he'd die, probably not so much that he'd even be unfit for combat.

Transformers as a series is horribly inconsistent in terms of their durability.

Transfomers 1 has the best feats. The rest brings down their average considerably.

As mentioned Blackout was a beast, but in later movies, Cybertronians were clearly susceptible to even small arms fire.

Going just by Transformers 1, Spider-man loses.

If you factor in the other movies, Spider-man has a good chance.

Spider-man has ripped concrete and steel, factoring in the shit feats from T2 and T3, he can hurt Prime.

Didn't say knocked out and sorry if that's what I insinuated, I said "knocked around"

The Rail gun isn't and wasn't an autobot contribution. The human military was able to cause damage to the transformers. It wasn't severe but still...,
