Ock robs the bank where pete and may were but instead of then Steve is in there with his gear he trys to stop Ock.

Cap lacks the speed, agility, spider-sense and strength, so he probably gets skewered by a tentacle or two before he closed the gap.

This goes to Ock. Tobey Spidey is significantly faster, stronger, and more agile than Cap, and he still barely managed to cope with the arms mobility. Hell, Ock would have killed Spidey their first encounter if Aunt May hadn't brought judgment with her umbrella.

Ock's tentacles were strong and fast enough to contend with Spider-man. Captain America gets slaughtered.

Cap sucks, so Ock beat him

Cap definitely doesn't suck though.

Is Cap allowed to acquire a gun? It still kind of pisses me off that he hasn't regularly used one since TFA. He is a soldier, it should be perfectly in-character for him to use one and kill his opponents.
