To make a new thread coupled with the fact that I had a chance to re-watch Ninja Assassin(don't ask why) I've decided to make a thread about it.
So as far as how this will go. Fight takes place on the freeway in WS and everyone is allowed their standard equipment and latest feats.
Round 1: Raizo fights Cap and WS individually
Round 2: Cap and WS fight Raizo together
Oh and if anyone is curious here is a sample of what Raizo can do:
