There is still a lot of debate about which Spiderman people think is better, but I don't recall this specific match ever being made. So basically, this is going to be Garfield Spidey running a gauntlet against Maguire Spidey's villains, in the same order he encountered them.
So the line-up is as follows:
1. Green Goblin (Norman Osborn)
2. Doctor Octopus
3. Green Goblin (Harry Osborn)
4. Sandman
5. Venom
Fight takes place in a huge construction site (so there are things like pipes, scaffolding, bricks etc., as well as construction equipment like bulldozers, cement mixers etc. around... basically all the stuff you'd typically find at a very large construction area), and there is also a large body of water nearby that can be used.
- Spiderman gets fully recharged/healed after every fight.
- All combatants can use their environment in any way they see fit.
- No CIS/PIS
- Fights can end via KO, BFR or Death

1. Lizard
2. Electro
3. Green Goblin
Exactly the same stipulations as the previous set of matches.
Also, if you think that either Spiderman can beat certain people (but not all the people) on the lists, feel free to state which ones they beat and which ones they'd lose to.
