whilst some may argue he has never been kicked in the nuts by a super soldier (freak'n quan) Pai Mei has shown some serious skill

I'll agree Pai Mei may be absolutely rocked by Khan's hits. Even though his strength/durability has to be amazing to pull off the shit he did. But the simple fact is Khan is too slow to really land a hit on him. And certainly not skilled enough.

skilled, experienced and precise. throwing a sword back into the tiny hole in the rack is proof he is skilled. being able to go through a flurry of martial arts techniques and simply take your opponent is also proof

I'd go with Pei Mai due to speed and skill. Khan's not hitting him, and he could hit him with that heart attack. No pun intended.

Pai Mei defeats Khan.
