Sidious or Yoda for all 3 since they, you know, existed

I think yoda was as TPM since Sidious hadn't been the true Dark lord yet I believe.

By ROTS I'd say Sidious but he and yoda could have been tied however.

By ROTJ it's definitly Sidious.

Sidious in all three, his death only came because he wasn't paying attention in ROTJ
