WS is a better fighter.

Red Skull should do well here. He was pretty much Cap but with a meaner attitude. That said, WS had more impressive feats so i'd go with WS. Good fight though.

Skull sucks and gets an ass beating by bucky

WS does have the better feats so buck shot for the win

Not even sure Red Skull would get any significant hits in. He fought a Cap that was quite the noob combatant. Winter Soldier Cap would wreck Skull and so would Bucky.
