Yup. Because OP states that this is pure fighting skill not considering enhanced strength or speed, etc. A lot of moves Blade and Cap pull off are probably due to their enhanced physiques.

blade is the day walker, half human half vamppire. this gives him a pretty big phyiscal superiority to most combatants here but his fighting and sword play as well as gun marksmanship are pretty impressive
